I’m not sure if I’m a victim of identity theft or misfiled or both. There are multiple names on my report with over 30 new accounts that I did not open. I’m familiar with the dispute letters and I’ve obtained letters from the credit places. Two of them don’t even have me on record anymore because the person filed bankruptcy. I’m not sure if I’m in over my head to send the dispute letters or if it’s time to get a lawyer. I’m currently unemployed so there’s that too. I feel like crying!

It’s been showing wrong sin number on my equifax credit report and one unknown credit account .what should I have to do?

Also look for wrong social security tied to the accounts. I don’t think they release this to consumers credit report but if you find out there’s a wrong social then contact an attorney.

My credit score mixed up with my sister credit score and on her report showing my all accounts but not in my report. She email credit score office but still not get resolved. What should I do?

My issue is my ss# is on my report as well as another ss#
While reviewing my report there was like 17 different and addresses as well as probably that phone numbers
And than there was several delinquent accounts
Ive been researching for advice on the best approach.
The second SS# is quiet serious, am I correct?

I am suffering the same problem. I came to canada 2018.the bank over here declined my credit card and said i had same birth date and name with someone. But i didnot have any credit card before. I can see the credit report on my bank account all the credits that person have. But still i m not able to get any credit card. Credit card history is important in canada to buy anything but unfortunately i have zero. Plz help me out.
