In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681.

I told Experian, Transunion, and Equifax to reinvestigate these accounts: Account name: #1234, Account name: #1234, Account name: #1234, Account name: #1234. However, they stated everything was complete and accurate. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. According to 15 USC 1681i(5), they are supposed to modify accounts that aren't reporting correctly.

15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 (A)(1) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.

My before says written off, I sent the certified mail and today it says closed BUT closed verified accurate soooo WTH !?

Yes ! I've been working on my credit for 2 years . Im down to 2 collection about 4 charge offs a address attacted to a collection account. All comes back verified .
I want to compile a compaint CFPB now. Or just have you finish my consumer report .
So I can open and get business funding

I have a charged off account with gs bank Apple Card, It was closed in December 2022. On May 29th 2024 they reported it on transunion as an open account, and then closed it, so now the closed date on Transunion is May 31st 2024, Is that legal?
