I dislocated my knee 13 times in the military. The last time, I tore everything. A wonderful surgeon spent 7.5 hours putting things back like they are supposed to be and it hasn't dislocated since.

Fun fact: my friend once dislocated her knee and so she just hit her knee to get it back into place & it worked.

I dislocate my ankles all the time. Thankfully no breaks but my ligaments are always stretched and weakened. I'm used to self care because of how many physio appointments I've been to xD but if it takes too long to heal or is different i go get seen.

I love how he looks down like “well heck” and then just pushes it back into place 😂

this is actually a common thing for some people. i have a joint disorder called EDS and it causes my joints to dislocate a lot and i just have to pop them back in place. it hurts a lot but eventually you just get used to it

My kneecap dislocation last month-

And yes I'm fine, the knee's fine. It didn't sustain any long-term injury. I was able to pop it back into place the second it dislocated. But it was mad painful tho.

My knee does that...ever since I was 13... So now I tread lightly doing anything. It literally slides out now alil, and as long as I catch it, it doesn't dislocate. It be very sore for a day or two, but then back to normal.
