I do not agree with the idea of becoming a sigma male because it only makes you a follower, you don't live while being your own personality, but a personality built and designed by someone else. In summary, you don't live your life but the life of others.

But some other people naturally have the so called "sigma male" traits, then they are not followers they just live by their own terms.

It’s actually kinda weird how exact this showcases my personality. I didn’t realize there was a name for my personality type. Ima sigma male. It’s honestly kinda reassuring that this is normal. I used to call it fake outgoing lol. Because I can easily be the most confident person in the room but I don’t rush to the spotlight because I just don’t care what they think of me. If I happen to end up in a situation where I have to be social I will. But if u had to pick that versus sitting at a nice view by my self to just think and let my mind flow I’d pic the second one everytime.
