I’ve always heard of Alpha and Beta but I have never heard of Sigma until a couple of months ago. I always knew I was not a beta, but I never clicked with the alphas. After watching a handful of videos on Sigma personality traits, I felt like I was watching a psychological profile of myself. I have always felt like an oddball, living outside the box of everyone else. Learning about sigmas answers so many things that I have questioned over my life. Relationships, situations, authority. This is so refreshing and empowering.

This is me exactly. I don’t feel the need to be in charge like an alpha but I also will not follow if I don’t agree with the direction. I’ve lived life in my own lane. I do what I think is right for me at all times and not influenced by what others think.

It’s such a beautiful thing to me to learn about myself and increasing my spiritual wellness. I learned about “sigma male” in spring 2022 and all of sudden January 2023 it became a paramount discovery and I’m humbled to possess the personality traits of a sigma male without knowing until I learned what a “sigma male” is.

This is so interesting. This is the first intelligent video I watched on this subject seems like other videos are just opinionated and have different perspectives. This at least seems to have some facts behind it. It’s making a lot of sense. Actually, I knew one guy that definitely fit the category of sigma I will say after knowing this, and understanding this, they are almost one-of-a-kind. They are very far and few between so they’re well sought after because they have all the positive traits. Basically, there’s no downside which there are obviously levels to everything. I don’t think any blanket statements are ever true, and not everyone fits in a box but yes, this all really matches up and at least seems nonbiased
I like the video😊 I knew a guy that was unlike any man I had ever met before basically exactly what this sigma is being described, model, gorgeous, humble, intelligent, hard-working, not concerned with other peoples thoughts or opinions, unbelievably kind and compassionate and sensitive. It really is quite rare. But it’s not like the only good thing is a sigma male. I don’t think we should necessarily categorize people, but it is interesting, Innoway, because technically, we are always categorizing people whether we should or not idk … just my random thoughts🤷🏼‍♀️

I am a female that have “sigma traits” I’m an INFJ-A. I have usually dated Alpha males but I realized I need a balance in a man. I can’t date a typical Alpha. I have a strong personality but I know when to be feminine and submissive.

When you mentioned the social hierarchy and went on to say alpha first then beta, I started wondering but then you clarified that Sigmas are placed outside the hierarchy and I had to smile.

I discovered only a year ago that I matched everything that described a sigma male, I was never looked on as weird but different from other guys but always in a good way. People seemed to like me but couldn't work me out, although I I seemed to have a natural uncanny way for instantly working other people out. I now think being a sigma male helps me with my chosen hobbies of bodybuilding and the martial art of muay thai, ie calm under immense stress with a controlled rage which can be channelled.
