I think I work with a Sigma, he will drive with no license has no phone has a beautiful family and is a natural leader, yet will go to the Bar on his own and won’t stand down to aggressive people but always defuses the situation his young but damn his intelligence is insane. I could listen to anything he has to talk about for hours . His life sounds incredible his had some ups and downs with life loosing one of his children but his outlook on life is inspiring. I've seen a lot of the content on the phenomenon/concept of Sigma Males lately and I find it breaks down in to two main categories . On one hand you have Manosphere coaches like Bulldog Mindset, Steph's Cold, Donnovan Sharpe etc going on about how Sigma doesn't really exist and in reality Sigma's are just closet Beta Males looking for a way to glorify themselves throw a blanket over their inadequacies . Yet a lot of the other videos like this one tend to over hype and glorify the concept of Sigmas making them out to be this magical breed of people that is a cut above everyone else.

I think the truth is somewhere in the middle. While yes Sigma's are a rare breed and can be attractive to women and successful in many facets of life they are by no means perfect and not exempt from working on themselves as anyone else.

A common phrase that gets thrown around is 'Unlike Alpha Males, Sigma Males are born not built'... This is only half true. While many sigma male traits such as being a loner can come hard wired into a man from birth there are many other things such as mental toughness, the ability to switch from introverted to extroverted and many other essential sigma traits that must be learned!

The reality is many Sigma males ( Like myself ) still grow up beta males. Their loner personalities often mean that they fail to learn social skills as children, not have much success with women as young adults and often become a target for bullies. These things often cause them to learn Beta Male mindsets and habits in their early years that still need to be overcome on the journey to becoming a TRUE SIGMA!

In conclusion a true Sigma Male must become, it is not a given. You must become the Lone Wolf, Otherwise you are just the Lone Sheep in Wolves clothing!

This kinda helps me take a look at myself. I'm an autistic fella yet this actually fits in with most of my personality. When I'm at my job, I primarily do work alone but if the odds aren't in my favor, I do ask for help. I definitely don't have much time for dating yet my mother always points out to me that some women have always looked at me and I'm oblivious. I don't like to get into physical fights either and i tend to be a loner in my spare time. I wonder if my autism plays a role in this Sigma male stuff.

I do not feel to be inside any social structure, but I'll make sacrifices to a certain extends only if there is absolutly nobody can or will do it beside me and at an emergency level, after that I'm back with my own life and my own agenda. But I dont think I am a sigma, because according to this video sigma will only think of himself.
In relationship, I do feel relationship will slows me down so not very into it, but in a serious relationship (very rare) I do care about the well being of my partner and my family.
