Not fancy at all, but I always bring a bunch of plastic grocery bags. They take up no space, durable, versatile, and super reusable. They can hold food, garbage, dirty clothes, souvenirs, they can organize packing - what we used for packing cubes before there were packing cubes.

My favourite trick when going hand luggage only with a bag that might be oversized is to make sure you board in the last 50% of passengers, they've normally met their quota or got bored of picking on people by this point

Totally agree with you on the compression cubes, so much wasted space once you stack them in a bag, because they aren't squishy

I recently saw a lady in Mexico City selling 10-inch S-shaped metal hooks and I bought a few because in so many hostels there’s no place to hang stuff, especially in the bathrooms, and they’ve changed my travel life completely.

You need to mention that e-Sims are more expensive than physical sims and more secure, also the 2 travel insurance that you mention Do Not insure people 0ver 70.

I have continuous travel insurance, I love knowing I can pay a yearly fee, and I'm good on trips under 3 months long.

The only thing I now use my compression packing cube for is to store my petticoat I wore under my dress at my sister's wedding! I hate compression cubes too!

I think you’re going to love the Insta 360 X4 diving as it captures all around and last year I took a trip to the Galapagos and the camera captured things I didn’t even see, the seals playing all around behind me and a diving bird, can’t wait to see those vlogs from you
