Throughout history, people of various cultures and backgrounds have told the tale of a body of water that can miraculously make you younger. This so-called Fountain of Youth is often associated with explorer Juan Ponce De León, who many believe was trying to find it while exploring Florida.

But the legend goes back long before De León was born, since Alexander the Great may have been looking for it as well. As far as we know, no one has found it yet (except maybe Paul Rudd, but he’s not telling), but that hasn’t stopped people from searching after everlasting youth, sometimes with sad results. I am 56 years of age fitness personnel.
