Mage Loadouts Guide - Terraria 1.3

This video shows the best class setups for mage throughout the game, divided into 8 stages of the game.

The loadouts showed in this video are what I personally think are the best after doing research and playing with each class. Please keep in mind that some items can be changed depending on the player's preferences.

Pro-Tip (not really): Don't craft the Chlorophyte armor, you can defeat Plantera with titanium or hallow armor easily. Spare that chlorophyte to craft the Spectre set after Plantera.

Personally, I think that the Ankh Shield is a must have at basically any point you can get it. The ability to ignore knock back and just a plethora of debuffs is arguably more useful than something like a third emblem to me

For anyone reading, for Pre-plantera and later stages I'd recommend using *Magic Cuffs* (NOT the celestial ones) instead of the mana flower. This makes a great synergy with the Celestial emblem while you also get an extra +20 mana. With these 2 accesories you'll be constantly filling up your mana during events and bossfights without using a single potion.
