Thought about not even posting this video because it’s so simple but why not!?

I found myself throwing away meals because they got dried out after 2 day and were hard to get down.

After throwing it in with 1 cup bone broth not only did it taste better but also add some great extra nutrients!

Especially coming into the chilly season. Remember not everything has to be fancy but it has to work for you and your budget!

This is a good idea! I get so sick of the food at the end of the week. Usually what I’ve been doing is prep Monday and Tuesday’s meals on Sunday, I work from home Wednesday, so I can make whatever I want that day, and then prep Thursday and Friday’s meals too. However, on those weeks I can’t split it out, I will remember this truck!

You can also reheat it in a pan with some of the bone broth, soaks up the moisture.

Put it in a bowl wet a paper towel during it out and put on top before the microwave and you won’t have to add stock.

Wait. I’m not understanding the original problem. Are people throwing out cold food? Why are you meal prepping then? Unless it’s rotten, you can just reheat it and eat it normally like you’re supposed to do. No need for a soup hack.

Never waste food. I have no problems with eating leftovers from a week ago. Depending on what it is. Throw that shit in the air fryer or oven and bam!
