Loved the domino with the laundry clips, when talking about removing temptations. I enjoy all these little editing tricks you mix in each video to keep it engaging. It's got to be a challenge, when shooting most of the b-roll at home, but you def make the most of the situation!

None of the videos that I have watched over the years made me follow minimalism, or to be honest, I didn't exactly know the real meaning of it until I was exposed to your channel. I am really grateful to you for coming up with such great contents week after week. Keep shining, Cheng. 💪

The first rule of minimalism is: YOU DO NOT TALK ABOUT MINIMALISM.

I’ve started with this lifestyle about 2 months ago thanks to you. From one of your videos, I then discovered The Minimalists and have been listening to their podcast since. From there on, I discovered a book by Dan Harris called 10% Happier. As a person battling with major depression and borderline personality disorder, this whole process has been enlightening and eye opening for me. So thank you. Keep up with the good content ❤️

“ Why” for me = Less Visual Distraction so I Can Focus Better [am in IT]. Liked point of not tossing/donating everything but being conscious of what one might need and value. Thx for beautiful vid- watched twice.

Thanks for the useful and actionable video for all of us trying to get started! I totally agree that the "why" is super important whenever starting something. For me, minimalism is about more freedom/time and less stress/fatigue.

Hi, CK! High quality content as always. And all good reminders for those of us who have been on the minimalist path for some time now, but have not quite decluttered everything just yet! I’m glad you focussed on the different ways to mindfully discard things. The chore of properly getting rid of stuff is, I think, one of the best deterrents for not bringing more stuff into our lives. Now, most times (but still not always), when I am considering a potential purchase I also think about where it will go when it no longer serves me. Why, just this morning at the Oxxo (Mexican 7-11), I had to decide between buying a tin can of beans and beans in a plastic pouch. I chose the tin because it is more easily recycled, and even if it doesn’t get recycled, it will break down thousands of years sooner than the plastic! As always, fabulous edits! The sequence with the clothes pegs was so fun to watch! How many takes did you need to get them to fall just right? Saludos desde México 🇲🇽!

Thank you so much for creating this channel. It really adds a lot of value to my life. I find that when I'm dealing with stress or anxiety I often watch one of your videos. It relaxes me and helps remind me that anyone can be a minimalist if you just take it one step at a time. Keep up the excellent work!

Definitely needed the reminder to reconnect with my intentions behind minimalism. Coming to the end of the minimalism challenge and looking forward to the future!
