Big problem with Aberrations in 2014 5e was there weren't any high CR ones. High tier Aberrations should be CR 20+, but we never got them.

My Warforged has, perhaps a lower than personhood outlook, and this is a Spelljammer campaign so it's all mind flayers, but he sees himself as less than a person, and therefore better than a Mind Flayer that has deluded itself into thinking it's better than the pinnacle of creation, mankind. No, my Warforged is a tool. He is a weapon, he is a stepping stone on the path to glory. He exists for but one purpose, and it is for the betterment of humanity. Aberrations, in general, must be purged. The world will be cleansed of their taint, these, inferior things playing at godhood.

Well, but when I remember correctly the origin of humans in dnd is something unknown.... So humans are different from all other species but is oddly similar to every other species. They are alien as much as mindflayers are.

They think differently on a fundamental level that is alien to us all. Perhaps that is why they think of themselves as gods. Because the complex machinations of gods are simple thoughts to them. And the thoughts of their gods are far beyond even their own understanding.
That or they're just crazy and egotistical.
