As far as display and selection in form is concerned it is perfect, however the resultant google sheet shows the cities of UP and MP in different columns, seeking extra labor to put further wits on google sheet to bring all the cities under one column. Kindly suggest how to avoid this, i.e. how to bring selections from different sections under one single column?
