Guadalajara is awesome… was there for 8 months. If you can get a place near the tren, that is ideal as the buses kinda suck. If you don’t mind biking around with MiBici… you can’t beat Chapalita area.

Check out the Yarbros YouTube video for cool places in Guadalajara. They close some downtown street for people who want to ride their bikes, skate or jog. Not sure if they still do that depending on the pandemic. I enjoy your videos!

We all have the freedom to "Change our minds". Sometimes light bulbs go off.. or sometimes we gain experience from failures. MAYBE you were meant to LIVE IN MEXICO? Less obstacles, less risky of having Colombian (corrupt) officials to ruin your plans in the future.

However my friend. Mexicans are more formal than Colombians. You don't say "buenas" in Mexico...its Buenos dias, buenas tardes, etc. Also they never say "por fa". They always say por favor. I've traveled extensively in Mexico and those are my observations. Also I've noticed you don't have to constantly look over your shoulder like in Colombia....much safer in Mexico
