I've been to GDL several times over the years. I've always enjoyed my time there. I was there last year and will be going back in a couple of weeks.

My Niece and her boyfriend just flew back from Guadalajara, Mexico. That was her first time, she loved it so much she says she wants to go back. I have been to GDL. but that was back in 1980 went with a couple of friends, even back then I loved it. It was so beautiful and green. Her boyfriend wants to buy property out there because he has family living there. Los Angeles is way too expensive to live for young couples. I keep telling them to save every penny you have, but things have changed since I was young. I bought a house here brand new in 1983 for $179, 000 but I worked seven days a week back then and saved money. Now the house's here are selling for 1.2 million. The house across the street has the same floor plan as mine and it sold for 1.3 million recently. California is expensive to live.
