Thank you so much for your videos Robin! I just finished one week of sticking to a consistent routine and am surprised by how much of a difference maintaining the routine for even a short amount of time has made. If anyone out there is considering trying to start sticking with a routine I would encourage you to pick things that feel realistic, even too easy, at first to build momentum and consistency. We're in this together 🙏

Love this! "Living life again instead of focusing on how to live life again. At some point you're gonna have to take your mind off of fixing yourself constantly, which is constantly focusing on the problem and therefore constantly reinforcing the pattern of misery to
living your life again and that's why you need that routine". "That routine gives my mind something to rely on it gives my mind that rope and after I've done these things which are all so good for me like meditation & exercise is so good for you after that I always feel a lot better." "That routine pulled me out of this depressive episode because it's a way of telling your mind << it's okay to feel like this but I don't have to act from these emotions >>". "Don't wait for the motivation". "Detach what you do in a day from how you're feeling (...) Do it anyway". Boom! Robin on fire!! So much inspiration like always. ✨🌈Thanks you so much for all your great content. It is a rope, like you are too in a way. Much light & love. Anne-Sophie

Robin I have been watching your videos for so long and I actually can't put into words how amazing your advice is. The way you explain things is literally exactly how my mind works and I every time I watch one of your videos its like the dots are connecting and I can feel anxiety or bad/confused belief systems dissipating. I feel so much more confident in myself and what I need to do. To anyone who is reading, keep fighting, learning, growing, failing, getting back up again and never give up. We're in this together

Hi Robin just wanted to say thanks for your videos, I was in a tough spot with my mental health a few months ago, mostly dealing with existential anxiety and intrusive thoughts, and your videos were a big help for me, especially your affirmations. Thankyou! 😁

Well said. Great way to hold control over your experience and show up for yourself.. lately fatigue is what's making it hard for me but listening also to my body for a change!

I’ve been dealing with existential fear and panic. Looking around and seeing other people not knowing that we are on a planet floating through space. I black out from time to time thinking about what it outside my window when others just see it as a sunny day. I cannot get rid of this feeling, I feel phantom pains in my body and when I get to go outside I look up and feel so small. I don’t worry about death, but I worry about what is above. I can’t explain it, and maybe someone else can, but I just feel like one thing in a universe that is so massive and it breaks me. I want to talk about it and explain it but no one around me, not even my own wife understands this constant panic I have. I don’t know what to do.

Robin, this is such a WONDERFUL metaphor!! I am so bad at staying consistent with my routine. I can keep only a few things consistent. But I don't even have a consistent wake-up time since feeling DPDR so often is exhausting. I often sleep in until my body wakes up naturally (any time between 7 through til 9AM) But I am consistent with exercise, yoga and meditation?? I need to add more to my rope 😬😬

(also consistently waking up at 6.30?? i could NEVER)

Do more people have higher breathing because of the panic/anxiety?
