Good Morning. The thought process is so mysterious. It's incredible how much a thought goes through before we actualize it or choose to not share it or to even explore it further. I'm a believer in exposing yourself to quality things to keep your thoughts healthy. Positive music, positive people, positive tik tok videos (😊)..etc.

During the peace creating gathering of 12, 000 TM Yogic-flyers at Kahana Shanti Varnum in Barat India, the collective-social coherence of consciousness was so profoundly concentrated that I observed almost no internal thoughts or thinking. I was not minding in a natural, spontaneous manner.

Simutaneously I was experiencing a profound increase in the speed, frequency and meaningfulness of the spontaneous fulfillment of desire.

Absolutely phenomenal and fulfilling to blissfully witness and enjoy.

Thank you Dr. Deepak for cultivating our collective awareness to function effortlessly in entangled silence, prior to being entrained and karmically imprisoned by internal dialog.

Jai Guru Dev 🙏

Ok, I listened twice. I do understand and actually glad to hear this~this morning. It really reaffirmed my thoughts and I actually did what you mentioned near the end of your video...my "thoughts" have been racing really bad and I knew I needed to do something I hadn't been doing UNTIL my mind felt like it was gonna go crazy with everything it was racing about. So..I did lay down, in the quiet and did exactly what you said. It helped a great deal. Felt like it turned things around in me some. I've been making myself crazy 😊 like you said, hoping this will change some karma❤ 🙏

The Japanese, like Nikola Tesla and many others, believe that the brain is only a receiver and that thoughts come to us from "non-local" sources. The Japanese believe that certain thoughts come directly from the spirit world and that some individuals have a special ability to recognize when that happens. "Telepathic" messages from the spirit world are known in Japanese as saniwa. The ability to recognize the spiritual source of these thoughts is also known as saniwa. It's an interesting concept and we can learn something important from it.

Can you share the version of Saraswati Sutras that you are referring too please? Is there a book?
Thank you Dr. for your generosity of mind & spirit. You are a light amidst life & a beacon when one is needed. I’m deeply grateful for you. 🙏

When we realize who we are, we have the opportunity to clear our memories called karma. Emotions, when understood, no longer exert influence on the reactive mind. When we manage to balance the energetic charges with the spiritual energy, the mind becomes wise. The rational mind is great for discovering how to resolve a crisis, it is highly based on logic, unlike the emotional mind, which ties us to the past. ❤

in the past, i have heard a number of "teachers" make reference to the "consciousness of Nature", , which is animating the life of all living things, as if to say, Natures consciousness/thinking sets in motion the structured experience of every living thing. ( i.e., the spider weavers its web, the birds build there nest, the caterpillar spins its cocoon, as well as migratory, and camouflage for aggressive or defensive purposes.) these "actions" all take place presumably without any formal "thinking" or thought process. some how their experience inherently allows for an expression supporting their existence. might it be the case with Man also? did Man arrive in Nature by "mental activity"? from what i see, temples of the the Hindu, Islamist, South American Indians, Greeks, Romans, are "speaking" to the "inherent structure" of experience when engaging and purifying their experience as being "one with Nature". in so doing, there experience gives rise to the need to communicate it, so as to allow others to "see the light". so i am wondering if the modern world steeped in the development of industrialization, which has brought about the "information age", hasn't put "the cart before the horse", so to speak, as to how we understand thinking. from what i hear from most "teachers", it is the nature of our experience that needs "alignment". but, from what i can understand about Deepaks "eastern" references on "thinking", the idea is to be able to reach those which are having difficulty with their relationship to Nature with the notion of what it means to be "stable" in Nature. i suppose it could be seen as a "compassionate gesture". perhaps it does more to promote understanding than some of the practices promoting "no talking", or more experiential "views". but, Mans expression of "the body as a temple", and the REAITY of this, is a experiential phenomena, not an intellectual phenomena. so as we run on down the existential road of history, we night want get a better orientation on valuing "thought" as representing experiential reality, as opposed to just being victims of some "in vogue thoughts" (or personal opinion). as i have come to see Man as being the "impressionistic babe in the woods", and, if He catches on to how his existence is one of many Ways of Nature, and apart of all processes in Nature, then he might have "something to say". otherwise, he is allowing for existence as survival, but not "seeing the light" and developing his true potential. so i am more prone to be interested in that which brings in to focus the "expression of Man in Nature" as opposed to the "ability of man to think". +so, to be held to the world for the sake of the thought process and all that it affords, is to restrict the possibilities of development. but, it is easy to say, "my thoughts here are just my opinion. if i can't be the witness/testament to a higher reality, perhaps all is just good intention, or i am unable to maintain my "stability", in a world running wild with thoughts. i suppose this means i am more interested in Natures "thinking" through Man, than Mans thinking as an abstract tool.

Love your videos Deepak but the audio needs some de-essing. I find it very hard to listen due to the sharpness of every S sound in your speech. Which is a shame because I love your topics. I've just bought your new book and am looking forward to reading it 🙏
