[INGREDIENTS]
2 Cups Cauliflower (approx)
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
1/2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cheese Slice
1/4 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1/4 Cup to 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Optional)
Salt as per Taste

[BAKING INSTRUCTIONS]
👉 Kadhai/Cooker(No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 5-7 min.

👉 OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 5-7 min.
