Super excited. Just wish the entire Zephyrus line-up comes with 24GB RAM minimum (ideally 32GB) even in the base model. 16GB is barely enough for competitive gaming especially for a premium price tag like this.

I was really exited for this product (G16 Intel), after I bought it, I noticed the small details that you wouldn't expect for a high end product: The touchpad is good, but only click on the bottom, so the top area is kind a useless, the screen is beautiful but the structure is weak and bends and wobble a lot (I think because of the slash light at the back, for me is useless and it's always off), the chassis is "strong" but is not straight, and precise, there are a lot of slightly curved areas above the keyboard, specially if you look it from the side. I can understand the price is so high because the specs and the form factor (3K) and don't get me wrong, the overall performance is great, doesn't matter if is a lower TDP (Ultra 9 + RTX 4080) you can do basically any task with this computer, but being honest, the small details on the device are bittersweet. Two other things are that, Armory Crate is one of the worst thing from Asus, if you can uninstall it, just do it. Also, I had bad experiences with Asus Support, but I can't talk for others regarding that service.

Don't buy it! I am the user of this laptop. There is a small black spot appeared on the screen one month after purchased. I went to the Royal Club and they said that the black spots and white spots are not covered by the warranty... This is already my third high-end ASUS laptop. . The first one was 4K laptop, the UX501vw. After bought less than two years, the mousepad dual-touch function was broken. This one was 1300USD ten years ago. The second one was zenbook UX392F, I bought it for less than two years and the motherboard had shuted down totally. The third one is Rog Zephyrus, I bought it for two months, and the international warranty included a total of more than 2200USD. There are small black spots on the screen. The Asus loyal club said this was not covered by the warranty and was a "yield" issue. Dear potential ASUS buyers, please do not use your hard-earned money to support a manufacturer with a worrying yield rate.
