dont believe the hype it runs around 60 degrees on light load and the display is very poor (lots of image retention issues and mura). Tested two different retail versions.

I got the ryzen one with the 4070. The screen is literal porn, it is simply gorgeous. Linux works for the most part with exception of device audio volume being bugged. The laptop itself gets pretty hot above the keyboard(where the exhaust is). Noise levels are honestly not bad at all considering how thin this is(thinner than a macbook pro). the surprising part for me is that the keyboard itself does not get hot, it is comfortable to use even after 4 to 5 hours of gaming. From my understanding the jump to a 4090 on this laptop is not worth it for most gamers due to the 4090 being severely limited to keep temps low. it however will help you tremendously if you need cuda cores. I opted for the 4070 as i plan on only doing casual gaming as well as cpu heavy workloads. Overall a really good laptop that i use while travelling, but i would never ever survive using this as my main machine when i am at home due to storage limitations. For now a desktop is the only machine that is able to meet all my needs for storage and compute power. Sadly desktops are not easy to bring on an airplane :P

Good, but not up to Macbook level in terms of battery life. I'm running Lenovo Legion 5, and I wish battery life was longer
