Would love to see more maintenance focused videos! Most of us aren't tearing down/setting up tanks as often as you and seeing the middle-care would be great, especially for different substrates! Maybe talking about the benefits/drawbacks of each!

I had a tank like that and was always heart broken when I trimmed the plants😂.I read somewhere about 2-3 inch substrate (not gravel) on the bottom from a guy (a biologist) who has a 20 year old tank he has never changed the water off or cleaned the substrate (he does top up if too much water vaporizes) .And I done that and it works well as everything gets broken down in the substrate and the plants just grow so much better than in previous tanks.
