As a fish owner, when you put a fish in another tank you have to let your fish get used to the water. You need a plastic bag with the water that was in their other tank in it and you put the fish in the bag and let the bag sit for 10-15 mins in the new tank. After it’s been 10-15 mins you can release the fish into the new tank. Btw your tank is way too small.

That tank is WAY to small goldfish need a minimum tank size of 120 gallons 48x24x24 and for reference that fish bowl is at least 0.2 gallons. Poor goldfish 😢

Reminder that bowls are a terrible environment for fish as they're too small, they cause a distorted view of the outside and generally is impossible to put stuff that is necessary for a calm healthy fish's life
