I've become so resentful over the years because I've been dealing with narcissistic abuse my whole life but in relationships I've been dealing with it for over 38 years now over and over on repeat and it's gotten so old and my cup has runeth over so much that I can't take it anymore and I'm starting to act like a freaking psychotic individual who can't control their emotions whatsoever. Having a hysterectomy at 44 did not help this at all either. I cannot regulate my emotions at all and haven't really ever been able to but now it's it's grown a hundred times worse than what it was okay well maybe 10 times worse than what it was either way it's bad and I'm so over myself I'm so over this something's got to give and I feel like if I don't do something about it soon I'm going to end up doing something really drastic and it's not going to be a good thing.

I'm down with all of the advice EXCEPT... not getting closure from written confrontation. We don't need to be present for the "fall out". There is no less power in confronting via the written word vs. in person or on the phone. If that works for Michelle, that's ideal.. but not necessary for all of us.
