The "Life-Saving Video Vault" EMS Students Use
To Pass School & NREMT On Easy Mode.
(Without Complex, Boring Lectures & Without Struggling Through Textbooks)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My goal with this video was to create the most in-depth resource on the face of the internet for you to understand what the REAL day in the life of an EMT student entails.

EMT School can be as long as 3-4 months or as short as 4-8 weeks depending on the type of class you attend. I discuss what EMT Clinicials, EMT exams, and EMT ride-a-longs are like as an EMT student.

The goal of most EMT students is to land an EMT job or start volunteering as an EMT in their local community. Other students join an EMT class for pre-nursing, pre-PA, or pre-med. The skills you will learn during your EMT training will stick with you for life.

Welcome to a day in the life of an EMT Student! #emtstudent #emt #dayinthelife

My class was 9 weeks long in 2019. You gotta give up all your social life, most of us quite our jobs( not suggesting you quite just me) Because the class is so much information you have no time to do anything else or you will get behind. I spent my days off of class at the school in a spare class room studying, using a white board, using the dummies and equipment and study groups. I lived at the school pretty much the whole time or at my white board at home and having my mom go over vocabulary words in back of book. I watched the nremt Scenarios on YouTube. By the grace of God did I pass I almost didn’t even with all the time I put in and with being in the health field already and being an emt in 2011 as well. Study groups are the most crucial I believe and Communicating with your instructor. Just my personal story I also had a lot going on in my life at the time so made it extra challenging for me. I’ve been working as an emt for a while now I love my career. Good luck to everyone they say this career is a calling!

Round two!

I'm going back to EMT/Paramedic school to get my associates degree, I was taking it before back in 2010, my ex-boyfriend wasn't supportive, and I wasn't mature enough. Fast forward to now, after being a Commissioned (Armed Guard) for 6 ½ yrs, I'm engaged 💍🤵‍♂️👰‍♀️ to be married to the most wonderful and supportive man ever.

So here's to another try! And I start next week, Monday, August 28th at 0900. I'm excited!!! At least I know what to expect, somewhat. 😅

i'm abt 2/3 of the way through my 3 month program and i wish i would have done more preparation beforehand. This "firehose of information" is literally the best way to describe it lmao.

Omg when he said “you are gonna get hit with a fire hose” I was like “omg it’s inevitable? I’m gonna be trying to transport a patient and have to be cautious of out of control fire hoses?!?!”

This saved my butt. I was straight up about to do orientation tomorrow for an accelerated course starting this week knowing basically nothing, and thanks to this video realized I need to pump the breaks on this. Phwew.

Im in the 2nd week of my 4 month program but the way they are developing this course is weird! Im honestly had little to no experience in any medical term or practices, I was just a little knowledge in our anatomy due to fitness training but, they only throwing all these chapters and they don't even go over them or explain them in depth in class, in September 25 Im having my first test in 10 chapters:/
