Is This The Best Smoker Of 2022?? | Gateway Drum Smoker Review And Burn Off

In today's video I will be doing a review and burn off of my new Gateway Drum Smoker. I will be showing you why I love these smokers so much, and I will be letting you know where I've been for the past month or so. If you're not familiar with Gateway Drum Smokers, they are incredible cookers. They are easy to easy, hold temps extremely well, and are very fuel efficient. The thing I enjoy most about Gateway Drum Smokers is their ability to turn out a fantastic product cooking hot n fast. I use my Gateway Drum Smokers typically for competitions only, but they also are wonderful cookers to have in your backyard arsenal! With this review and burn off video I'm hoping to teach you how to set up a Gateway for cooking, temperature management, and just give you a basic review during the first burn off. Love the channel just started watching a few weeks ago tried the Mississippi pot rosat the meat turned out great but way to salty but will for sure be doing pulled bbq beaf cooking it the same way

Man, brother, I hope you do more cooks on the drum. As you may can see, I built my own, and I love the way it cooks. I have a weber kettle also, but I only use it for mostly hot dogs and maybe brats.

Neat, both Gateway Drum Smokers and Blues Hog are both from the small town in Missouri my parents grew up in, Washington, MO. Still pretty local to where I live now, only about 45 minutes away.
