This is exactly what I was looking for! That 150 low temp is a game changer. Everything from small diameter snack sticks, to holding briskets. The ability to easily cold smoke is going to keep me busy trying out all kinds of new things! Thank you Camp Chef, now let’s get to shipping those bad boys!!! 😅

I have the woodwind pro. I really like it. I have a Pitt and Spitts 1250 which cost over 3k, and I like the woodwind better. HOWEVER I do notice that since these camp chef smokers are much thinner metal, and less insulated, they do not keep the temperature as consistent. a 20 or more degree swing durning the cook is common. Things still come out good, but it is an issue. Also, the wood chip tray IS cool, I use it. However it is small. When you put chips in there, they don't last that long, you have to re fill it frequently if you want that extra smoke for a long cook. So it is a give and take. I wold NOT buy the Pitt and Spitts again, but I think think a smoker like the Lone Star, or MAYBE Yoder, might be better, but triple the cost

QUESTION, How long does a full Smoke BOX last until it needs to be refilled after ignition? Ballpark, I know it cant be exact. I'm assuming Chunks last longer than chips? What have you guys seen in your testing?
