I bought the cuisinart pellet smoker and it holds temp within 3 degrees of the setting but its all the stuff you mentioned where it fails imho.

Be sure to purchase it at Costco so when it breaks, oh it’s gonna break, you can return it easily.

Their thermostat and probe temps are always way off. I had to return mine. Also there return process and customer service are terrible

They're definitely at the top...but like Samsung is to an IPhone...Pit Boss is the best, Traeger is 2nd.

I Love this video and God says the Same I wanna get one soon very soon and I can’t emphasize enough that countless of times that I cannot get in evenly distributed, heat while grilling charcoal is so frustrating

Sorry to say but it's not the best on the market, in my opinion it's a tie between yoder, lone star grills, and pitts and spitts, but if your on a budget then it's pit boss all the way for price, space, and features.
