I was always told that you cannot learn how to fight by watching videos on Youtube, but ever since I discovered your channel, I must say I've learned quite a bit. I'm sure it's not comparable to going and training at an actual gym, but I finally figured out how to throw punches and shadowbox through your videos and through My Fight Gym's Basic Access videos. I'm certainly much more confident about my movements now than I was before discovering this channel and I'm sure I'll have a much easier time picking things up when I start training at a gym, than I would have earlier.

I can attest to the effectiveness of all three of these strategies. More difficult than not to do the first, my city is a bit of a fighter dry area, but I apply the last two every day.

Nice Tips! The best one I got is to always be present with your mind during training and especially sparring. Concentration is key to improving your skills!

Jon Jones, GSP, and floyd have some of the best fight IQ EVER. I like the point you made about strategy and not just doing random cardio, that's something I've recently discovered with a coach.

Btw, I miss fighttips furoms! good times...
