Part 2, can anyone actually read this fuzzy screen shot which is totally illegible? Even zoomed and blown up, just mush! Still not finding any useful information here! Renogy clearly puts all their $ into promotion, not support! Not unlike Aims products which are defeated by a brick wall on guarantee or troubleshooting. Just a front for the cheap chinese mfgrs, may as well go to ali baba and cut out the middleman.

Its unclear HOW you 'scroll down' to the boost settings, and I have never been able to 'scroll down' on my controller after the long press on the right arrow and the down arrow does not go to any boost settings, this is a written script read by a glassy eyed talking head who does not really explain what he is trying to clarify. He belabors the obvious and...Anyone who can help, my controller shows good panel output and has totally stopped charging the batteries. No error messages. But a low battery does generate the low battery message and yet after charging them with an alternator, still no solar output, not .5 amps!

Um, you did not demonstrate how to test anything. You just skipped over that part.

Why is it this guy in every single video says scroll up or scroll down while he's hitting a right or left button? Can't they find somebody smarter? When you say scroll down am I supposed to hit the down button or am I supposed to hit the right button? Do you know the difference between right, left, up and down? Owning equipment made by this company is the most frustrating experience of my life! And everybody who has asked me about owning equipment from this company that is exactly what I tell them for two years now.

Can you demonstrate how to test the short circuit amps on the p.v. please. You mentioned the figure but didn't appear to test it?

Hi there. For one particular error message in the manual it says to do to a Reset. However, there's no MPPT reset instructions. How's is that done? I'm not getting any amps and I think I over powered the unit with too many watts of solar.

Hello renogy. Your customer service is appalling. I've been waiting over 4 days for a response about my solar system!
Some of my requests (no idea why you don't have a customer service number) via email have not been answered at all!

Having spent over 2000 pounds on a system, I expected much better support, than the radio silence I've been getting!

Hence, I've had to leave this message here. If I could get a full refund for your equipment I would but seeing as it's impossible to talk to anyone from your company, well I'm stuck with a system that won't work and 2000 pounds plus out of pocket!

you have Not shown how to solve anything, didnt even use real life 33v in, 0 amps out to 2x 12v flooded in series after 5 days of some what use & somewhat useable 13v - 24v out, the over discharge reported with a tiny 4watt load & no output charge not even a trickle as dvm tested.
your in app factory reset is not a true hardware reset as it just reset the onscreen values Yet retained the 5 days of data.... i want a true hardware reset not a pretend software reset... how

My Rover never charges the Lithium batteries beyond 13.1v. Is this correct? What voltage should it charge a Lithium phosphate battery too?

Hello Renogy, I bought a 60A MPPT charge controller from the company on Amazon back in 2019, I used it for awhile off and on for a few years then put it away in late 2021. I purchased an array of 4 x 190 watt Solar panels and decided to start using it again with my battery bank. Recently I have been having issues with the controller getting stuck at charging only at 1 watt, no matter how I configure my Solar array.

I noticed this strange phenomenon when I connected a small 10 watt panel and a few smaller 2 watt panels in series/parallel configuration to achieve close to 15 watts. I had them connected to a 12 volt/200AH LiFePo4 Battery and noticed it would get stuck at 0.02A and about 1 Watt of charging power. I just assumed the panels were too weak to provide much power to the battery, so I disconnected them but was still puzzled.

I then connected 2 x 190 Watt Solar panels in a series configuration to the controller and 1 x 12 Volt/200Ah LiFePo4 Battery. and it still says 1 watt, and the max current I saw from the panels was 0.06A. What could be causing this issue? I never bought the protection plan, and I am sure my warranty expired long ago, but after purchasing the new panels I cannot afford any new charge controller. I called the support line, and also messaged as well as asked a question on Amazon in hopes of getting some help on the issue. I am just very discouraged and frustrated with the whole situation and it will be awhile before I can afford a new controller.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

Hello Renogy. I have 3 x 30amp Renogy Rover MPPT solar controllers. I can't seem to program the parameters as descripted in the manual. I press and hold the right button and all I get is the ability to change battery type and (voltage (12v/24v)). What am I doing wrong? I'd really like to set the battery parameters...boost etc.
