Call the technician. Hell have you photograph yourself doing a battery of tests, then he doesnt give you the email to send the images to. The manual is almost useless as is the Bluetooth app. Im going to make a video of me smashing this charge controller.. stay tuned!

Hi Renogy! I'm having trouble with your solar station software. I'm unable to get my new Renogy Rover Mppt 20 to communicate with my computer through the usb connector. Any suggestions?

This first list she said in the video of tugging wires reminded me of those wires being aluminum and they do oxidize naturally. Took a screwdriver and turned the screws to break up oxidation a bit and now the 20a commander controller seem to work better. Thanks for the reminder.

I found this video to be completely useless. I've been using a Renogy panel and Renogy PWM controller without difficulty for a couple years. Starting yesterday, there is no load voltage coming out of my Renogy PWM controller, however the controller itself shows that the solar panels are charging the battery and that the batteries are fully charged. My work mode light on my PWM charge controller is alternately slowly flashing 7 and then it stays lit on 7 for a few seconds, then goes back to flashing 7. I've tried pressing and holding the set button next to the work mode light for 5 seconds to change work modes, but it doesn't work. I've disconnected everything and reconnected it, and pressed the set button. That doesn't fix the problem. The work mode light still slowly flashes 7, then it stays lit for a few seconds, then goes back to slowly flashing 7, and no load voltage. Is my controller defective? Many thanks.

What does “Charge not ready” mean in the BT app?

Anything defective such as your controller reading the same voltage as your battery bank can be ground for defective? That's wrong it should read the same voltage

Does anyone else find it irritating that she smiles each time she tells you theres a PROBLEM with their expensive product?
I keep getting error codes on a brand new product

if you have a 100w suitcase, check the wires that plug into the bottom of the voyager controller. Easy to step on a wire and tug loose a wire connection. The wires are held on only by the end connections, which of course is poor engineering for a portable design, or for any electrical wiring, but seems standard for circuit boards encased in plastic. A wire tie could be placed on the inside of the steel frame and routed that way.

My renogy Rover 20 amp stopped working today. Yesterday I accidentally overloaded it, it gave me that error from too much solar power I presume, but then it continued working and today it's not all. Well everything is functioning properly it just shows no amps all of a sudden and I should be at that least 10 amps in this weather. So, checked the manual and for one of the errors over powering or something it says to do a Reset of Controller. But there's instructions on how to do a reset of the unit.

Light colors? Light colors you say? Epic fail having all the LED indicator lights all white on the Rovers!

Does anyone know of any possible way to contact Renogy ? Ive been trying for almost 4 months. I had 2 x 40 w Coleman panels which worked great and replaced that with a 2 x 100 w Renogy system for a bucket list trip south for 2 months . 200 W to be really safe (I thought ) . Its in a wheel van and getting ice in that sun every 2 days was becoming way too difficult for one person . The kit came with their Wanderer controller It worked great for a week, but then it did not keep up to the only thing I really needed it for, a small 12v cooler, with 12-14 hours of intense southern sun . The 2 x 40 W were totally fine . The lights flashed yellow and now the panels supply power but nothing is going to the.batteries. Batteries are new and will hold a charge. I've had someone do 3 resets on moonless nights . Nothing . I hoped to resolve the issue with Renogy support while I was south , to save the major ice hassle . I called their support number . It will tell you the wait time is 6 minutes . Every 5 seconds for a long time then it says leave a message, when you start it hangs up . Everytime . I've tried Sales, Tech Support, every extension. It's a "6 minutes until your rep is available " you wait much longer, and they all hang up . I've used all relevant email addresses that are on their site and I've also filled out the "submit form "version request . This has been since I bought the system . Obviously I'm pretty disappointed that after all that effort of "upgrading ", delaying the trip so I could install this and they never even replied in the 2 months while I was still away . As far as I'm concerned they can sell you something but they have no intention of supporting or guaranteeing anything once you've bought it . Im.guessing now that the warranty is ove they're leaving me high and dry ..Right now with what I've paid to get it installed and diagnosed, it's very expensive shingling for a van

Cannot calibrate 500 a battery monitor panel with both 200ah lithium batteries. Monitor says they are at 96% but batteries are dead..🤦

Does not address 'error' message; I have to buy a multi-tester to perform the checks in the video?! Very superficial support effort -- mostly features her smiling.

I have a Regony 20 A MPPT controller that shows battery's empty but the battery's are fully charge, olso it s showing E1 error signal. I meter the cables coming from the 100 w solar panel and it shows 19.9 volts coming in, but the cables coming from the batterys show 0.01.
Can some one tell me how to reset the unit?.
