numbers of columns has to be same while appending in Orders table u had many columns and in returns table you just had two columns

What about the other column field names which u omitted to remove the duplicates of Order table.. isn't those other column names are necessarily required?

The content is really good, I have one question " Table A and Table B connected via 1 to many. in visual I need some columns from table 1 and some from table 2, but not able to get the columns from table 2 because of filter direction. but we should not use filters from both directions. How to tackle this problem. to be more specific, how to get the columns from the data table when the filter is one direction and tables don't have similar columns, bi-direction is not possible.

Append means matching the column names and doing the union. But u r selecting one Orders and other Returns column name... But i think you need to take orders from table 2 as its matching the column name with table 1. Why appending Orders with Returns .. it should be Orders of table 1 with orders of Table 2 right
