How about cutting ? Isnt 1.6g/kg bodyweight a bit low when on an aggressive cut?

I recommend making your protein shakes the night before. I use two scoops, so right when I wake up, I can just grab my protein shake from the fridge and have 50g protein ready to go. Really saves on time and helps with consistency, that's 1/3 or 1/4 of most people's protein intake for the day.

Do you count protein from all sources? Not just complete proteins?

Let's say I'm 75 kg, so I'd only need 1.6x75=120 grams of protein per day. How to reconcile such a low amount with trying to get a decent amount of protein several times a day -- morning, after workout etc. and an especially big portion late in the evening? Just 3 meals, 40 grams of protein each?

But if I am in calorie deficit, should I still stick with 1.6g, since I am 140lbs (63.5kg) now (was 167 before). I am eating 140-150 g of protein a day.

Would this not change as you gain more muscle? I mean it would make sense that a more total volume of muscle would require more protein respective to your past

So is body fat% taken into account? Generally people are overweight, but fat doesn’t require protein. I’m currently cutting and it doesn’t make sense why I would need less protein when it’s most fat I’m loosing. I think a measurement of protein pr LBM makes the most sense.
