Mustang GT Crank Relearn w/Hptuners

Step by step on how to do a crank relearn aka neutral profile correction on a 5.0 Coyote mustang using Hptuners.

Step 1: Connect to vehicle(click record, this will automatically connect and start logging)

Step2: Click Vehicle Controls, and select Crank Relearn from the list then click ok(there will be a short delay)

Step 3: Click okay on the pop up and then rev and hold engine rpm over 4,500. You have 20 seconds after clicking okay to do this.

Step 3: Once success screen appears you can let off the gas and disconnect from ECM using the "disconnect from vehicle" button.

Damn thats crazy!! I had a shop here in Houston charge me 175 bucks for a crank relearn Easiest $175 that shop ever made

I'm doing the same thing but when I click on that it just pulls up a blank white screen is there a reason it does that or what am I doing wrong?
