Key Takeaway for myself when I start:
- time yourself when you are stuck ~90 min start look at hint/clues -> not waste time and get into a mindset for the challenge.
- look at walkthrus even you didnt need them -> learn more ways
-set up practice exam : pick a set of 5-6 boxes on a weekend.
-get good at manual recon tools
- give time to do lab report
- do TJ null list
- first 5 easiest windows+linux box -> watch ippsec to get a feel
- pen 200
- last 3 months -> do proving grounds

I just started with eJPT prep with ultimate plans to get the OSCP. I can really relate to your ADHD troubles. I've had subscriptions to all the course platforms you mention and also struggle with wanting to learn everything and anything. I also feel like I'm not very smart at times. I think that's pretty common with ADHD. Doesn't actually mean we're dumb tho lol

Congratulations on your Certification dude. 50:33 yeah, most of our notes depends on our understanding and people can misunderstand those and find it more difficult to learn because of our level of understanding to something.
