if u don't have enough cash on your hand get the htb cpts or the ine ecppt v2 certs they also are kinda proffesional level certs and are very much hands on right ?

No one ever said OSCP is an expert level cert. It's actually marketed as an entry level cert, and seen as such by pentesting companies. No idea what you're rambling about, or who it's directed at.
