Saw palmetto 500 or 540mg combined with Pumpkin Seed Oil 1000mg capsules is very effective and will work similarly to the Finasteride if you combine those two together. I took both together for more than 6 years and have not experienced any hair loss and 40-70 per cent hair growth in combination with PRP using rosemary oil 3 times a week on your scalp for 2 hours or overnight will help too.

All natural methods work but it depends where you are with your hair loss and people think using medication will give them results overnight which of course it won’t and when using natural methods you gotta be even more patient, and while using natural methods you will have to commit to a whole life style as well and the real question is why someone would try natural methods to help stop hair loss and not try medications ? Well of course cause of those nasty side effects which hit people sometimes after years of using medication with no issues and then all at once so let’s not discourage people for using natural methods esp if their hair loss isn’t as advanced

im at the point Im not sure if I had a male pattern baldness, it looks kinda thinning on my crown but when I comb my hair in another part it also have the same level of baldness. Also my mom's brothers all have the male pattern baldness and the hair loss genetic is from our mom, while my father hair is still look the same as when he's teenager (not even a white hair) and my grandfather never lose his hair even when his death at 98 years old. But my father is not very muscular while my mom's brother is like the cool uncle that doing hardware stuff. I think thats where the testosterone plays part. Now I'm taking saw palmetto instead of the medication in hoping that it will prevent hair loss.

nung nag take ako ng biotin mas lalo naglagas yung buhok ko nag take din ako ng saw palmeto wala din nangyari pero nung nagtake ako ng finasteride after 1 month may nakita akong malaking pagbabago ang tanung ko lang kasi sabi ng doctor ko kung gagawa ng anak hinto muna ng 1 week to 2weeks dyan ba wala ba nabangit yung doctor mo about having a baby while taking finasteride ?
