For me, i have been taking saw pal for a year, i had no clue it could possible help with reducing hairloss, so my results cant be placeby. I take it to help with my frequent urination problem, especially at night and i didnt learn about the hair benefits till minutes ago. My hairs been receding at a steady pace for years, ive still got alot of hair, but my forehead is bigger, but not toooo bad, i still look fine but for me its noticeable. Your videos are great, love the research and the effort put in to deliver the information but I do have to admit, it is a little disheartening to see that by the end of every study there isn't any hard scientific evidence to prove that it does in fact make a difference and can be no better than a placebo.

That’s my reasoning for choosing saw palmetto over finasteride.

There also another similar supliment called Pygeum. I don't know the difference but they are both DHT blocker's.

I don't know if it is just me but whenever i take saw palmetto i always feel anxious and easily stressed. my temper shortens and i feel weird specially when i take twice to three times a day for one week straight. I bought saw palmetto tablets and pumpkin seed oil capsules I had no side effects. I am on blood pressure tablets. And a pee flow tablet. My grand daughter told me I have more hair. Question I've just asked on Google. Will saw palmetto interact with my high blood pressure pills. Answer was. Saw palmetto come as tablets or capsules. Teas and berries. Although side effects are rare they may cause. High blood pressure. Abdominal pain. Nausea. Diarrhea. Decreased sex drive. Impotence. Urinary retention and headache. That was my Google search. I was told to ignore Google. So it's up to you.

I am a women and have been taking saw palmetto for a month now. My boobs have gone a size up and are very painful to the touch (a sign that they are growing). It also gave me migraines and made me very tired. I will discontinue.

Used to take it in 500mg for 2-3 months and after that I started experiencing lack of sex drive and ED. After that I stopped taking the supplement, after a couple of months my hormones got back to normal but I know cases of people having permanent ED. So I am not so sure if those are all the side effects listed in this video.

Used the scalp elixir and supplement and it killed my libido. Won’t affect all men in this way but many have also experienced the same side effects

Saw palmetto didn't work for me. There is a 2011 research that compares its efficacy with a placebo pill. Research done to 369 men.
