I guess 1k was pretty good for 20 mins, they charge like 850 to a local tourist. I know it’s a little higher than rest of Pakistan, but Muree is a hotspot, so the prices there are a little higher. Great wishes from Lahore ❤️

Yeah u get the same problem in Egypt and probably in many other countries.
These horse rides will always try take u a bit longer so u pay more money.

I was in Greece back in 2015 and there was something similar. We were sitting at a restaurant on the street and a guy came over and played the accordion for us. It was nice music but he was promptly shooed away by the restaurant owner. We asked him why he did it and apparently there’s an unspoken rule where if you don’t ask them to leave they’ll expect you to pay for it.

At this same restaurant an old woman came over and tried to sell us bed sheets that were “hand made”. We told her no and she said something along the lines of “I curse your money”.
