That's the most annoying thing that the locals can do when you just want to walk and see the place. Sometimes what makes the country look shit is the people taking advantage of tourists.

I know this isn't the best time for this but i can't let it pass, all the plant decorations you have seen on the side of the nile you were walking on was done by me, my father and my brothers, this was a few years ago, i am glad it didn't get destroyed, we worked hard for it.

You have to quit telling these scammers what you’re doing/your plans, where you’re from, where you’re staying. They use all of that to further manipulate you. Don’t give them unnecessary fuel. Be careful and safe travels to you!

I am scuba diving and the red sea is just beautiful but there are just sooo many beggars and people that try to scam tourists in Egypt that I don't really visit it again ... Especially since turkey is the same price, has nice diving spots and is also a beautiful country. and the people there were so much nicer
