We the north East Indian used to eat that it’s a fermented soya beans ..you try with green or king chilli with little bit of salt..can even add spring onions and coriander too ( both are optional)

We eat this almost everyday in my hometown Darjeeling, India. We call it "kinayma". We get wrapped in Nebara( a type of fig ) leaves or banana leaves. It is basically fermented soyabeans. It's really tasty but the smell is kind of pungent.

That's called fermented soyabean.. being a Nepali we call this dish as a KiNEMA" 😍.. and we enjoy it with rice Yum Yum.. though it smells rotten but tastes good sprinkled with some coriander ❤
