To sum up, be more energetic and active, constantly greet HRs to get noticed, and endeavor to sell yourself. However, the truth is you send thousands messages but get ignored because too many people are looking for jobs, and HR can not respond to everyone. but still, one thing is correct to do, throw your CV as much as possible, ideally to those fitted job roles.
