Russian President Vladimir Putin says in an interview aired Saturday that Moscow has nothing to do with the migrant crisis on the Belarus-Poland border. "I want everyone to know. We have nothing to do with it," he says in the interview with state broadcaster Vesti, after Poland and other Western critics accused Moscow of working with Minsk to orchestrate the sending of thousands of migrants to the EU border.

The way to negotiate concertina wire fence: soldiers are taught to scoot themselves forward
lying on one's back. Hold rifle over face, chest, torso, lifting the concertina wire with rifle while
scooting forward on back, pushing with legs. You could not go a great distance like that, but
the concertina wire fence on Polish border is only one looped wire deep, so it should not be
that difficult to wriggle under while lifting wire overhead. Refugees do not carry rifles, so a
2x4 perhaps 4' long would do, or a branch similarly used. Walk down the line where soldiers
are not guarding. Walk in the woods to avoid detection. Hopefully have a plan for when you
get across. One man could cross using the method described. Once across, he and another
man could extend a pole under fence and lift and prop up with other pieces of wood. Then
a party of refugees could be led to the spot -- perhaps at night -- to crawl under the opening.
