1. Hands just outside shoulder-width
2. Start with arms extended
3. Initiate swing with shoulders
4. Alternate hollow and arch positions
5. Lift feet,press down with straight arms
6. Extend hips then pull with the arms
7. Pull chin over the bar
8. Push away from the bar to start next rep
