Oh my dear Fahriye Sultan, life was so cruel to you. No one ever loved you truly, and all you wanted was Love. Your father was so stone hearted I don't think he had ever loved you, your mother used you as her weapon to achieve more power. Your brother was not kind as well. Your nephew maybe could have just exiled you, but he decided to kill you. Your lover Mehmet betrayed you, you were blinded by his love that you commited the greatest sin, but he traded you. If he had ever loved you unconditionally, he never could have traded you, his love was conditional. You had all the materialistic treasures, social and political respect of your time, but everything was shallow, meaningless. Even though you were born as a free woman, you lived a life of a caged bird, rather a toy for everyone. Rest in peace the unfortunate Sultan, may you find love in another life.
