I just love how intelligent Kosem is! Her fight with Cennet seemed so played, so obvious had a feeling there was a plan behind it and ofcourse there was. Great move from Kosem! She plays with so much grace!

Him and Leo (from magnificent century) are such a sight for sore eyes 😩

The child actor playing prince Mustafa conveys pain and frustration so well that the likes of actors in the role of "teenage Anastasia (future Kosem)" can easily be forgotten. Even Beren Saat ( Kosem) herself fails to match the kid I betcha. After the little boy, "Safiye", and "Ahmed/Ahmet" did an excellent job in displaying a range of emotions. "Fahriye" was mostly another weeping Hatice (her predecessor's reincarnation, perhaps) though even weeping and moaning was done "nicely" ( because some actors can't even do that convincingly in a natural way) while the ladies in Halime and our titular heroine Kosem's skin were mostly just angry lionesses roaring with occasional outbursts of crying. So, I bow down to the child Mustafa who brought out the historical figure alive in him through his excellent acting.

No matter what but Ibrahim was a better one. He had plans, he was relied on by others to fight against Hurrem. He brought interests. Handan and Dervish works on other's plans and then threat others. Hate him or love him, Ibrahim could run the entire episode.

Halime makes me so angry. Over and over again, Sultan Ahmet has spared her and Mustafa's life because of his love, and instead of just living peacefully and happily with her son, she keeps scheming to hurt people. If I were in her place, I would be grateful and not bring so much trouble down upon myself.

Sultan Handan enjoys that she is loved by Dervish Pasha. Initially, he is the one who is in love w her. But later, when he confessed his love for her, it shocked her but later she wanted him to love only her. This was seen when he married Sultan Fariye. From then on, she keeps saying to him about his love for her. So strange. She is the one who got him into trouble. He had so far behaved himself appropriately w her. She is the one who keeps goin near and nearer to him and talk to him in secret places. She wants him actually.
