How to Disable Pop-up help Windows 7

sometimes it's caused because of the F1 button on your keyboard... change your keyboard and check if the issue presists or try disabling your key pad and check the issue with an external keyboard. if that resolves the issue then you just have to change the keyboard..

Thanks! It worked on Windows 10 version 1709. Started happening to me after I upgraded to this version and clicked the help button on File Explorer and was really annoying. Glad I found a fix.

My windows 10 PC have issue every time opening automatically new crome tab and popup help page.

Still issie is same.
Sometime automatically more than 1000 new tabs opening in MS Edge browser also.

I cannot use thw laptop because the windows help keeps popping up. Even when i open startup or any programs it keeps popping up that I cannot do anything. Is it a virus? Please help

Thank you for this extremely helpful was getting visual "help" prompts from windows that were shutting down the functioning of any other activity....This happened once before and I had to erase the hard drive and start over so clearly this is a much more efficient fix....
