Hi, I have those exact settings but I'm still getting pop-ups

I clicked "Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects", went to Youtube and immediately it pops up the last thing I watched and asks it I want to keep watching it. Uh, no, that is why I closed it in the first place:) It must be a YouTube premium feature but my local news channel does the same thing. I have even added Youtube in the not allowed to send pop-ups or use redirects and still... More and more, it seems like I am just trying to close everything I don't want just so I can see what I do want. Beyond annoying! (edit - after posting this I checked to see if there were other notification setting in Premium versus Chrome and clicked off one more. I think that was the issue in this case). (edited again - nope, as soon as I opened up YouTube it popped this vid in the lower right hand corner:))

This may only apply to US. Nothing like this in setting in Chrome in NZ in 2024.
