How To Disable Pop Ups in Google Chrome

You need to update the Google chrome to the latest version to see all changed settings. You can go to the privacy and security tab from chrome settings. Open site settings and scroll till you find pop ups and redirects open. You will see "blocked" written in front of it. Tap on the option and change the slider position to right side to disable it.

Once you disable pop ups in chrome then you will be able to see pop up windows from many websites. Pop up windows are recommended on many websites that need you to enter personal info etc... in a separate window rather than opening in a new tab.

I did not quite understand. My Pop-ups and redirects are in "Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects" mode, I still get one the same pop up when shopping online. Why?
