Sir, this is really stressing and confusing which food we should eat for hypothyroidism because lots of videos are saying strawberry, raagi etc we should avoid and some are saying these are good

Hi Dr Gupta. The title of video says 8 Must Eat Foods and you mention 7 such foods but I only count 6 on my list.
Please tell me which I’m missing. Thank you ❤
1- Brazil Nuts (Selenium)
2- Seaweed (Iodine)
3- Coconut Milk (Lowers Inflammation)
4- Blueberries/Strawberries (Antioxidants)
5- Leafy Greens (ex. Spinach & Kale) for Vitamins & Minerals)
6- Fish (ex. Salmon) for Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Thanks doc ..I will start taking the Brazil nuts.. but just to comment on the spinach .. I gave myself gout through drinking 10 cups a day ( Dr Goldner) probably because of the purines or oxolates in spinach, I overdosed! So, everything in moderation 😂

Please answer this question. I know that going gluten free might help with hashimoto, but should we avoid all grains or are there ones we can still consume?
And also, are we supposed to avoid all the dairy products? What other probiotic source do we have?
