I do incline 14.5 at 6.5 km/h for 25 mins it’s so hard, love your workouts every morning too. Thanks so much for your monthly planner it helps me so much ❤

if y’all are shorter like me, do 10 or 11 incline on 2.7/8 and it’s basically the same!!

I tried it and it’s really such a good workout and it’s the perfect thing for increasing endurance! I can’t stop doing it and now I’m alternating it with my distance running

I would make my own personal alternatives to this, there's not way I can just jump into 12-3-30 but I can work my way up to it.

Actually you can start on with 2.5-3-30 and level it up to 8.5-3-30 before doing 12-3-30. If not you'll breathe like donkey aka me on my first try. 😂 Good luck to all ❤

Please remember that being able to do this requires building up to it. Start out with less of an incline, and as your sessions go on, increase it. It's for cardio, and just like any muscle, the heart requires training to reach a certain point

I tried this! 15 incline, 3-3.5 speed max, atleast 1 mile, 1-2 times a week. No other workout.
My butt looks better (firmer) and I notice I have more stamina when I do core training (mind you I only did core training once during that period 😂)
Idk about losing weight too 😅

I’ve actually been doing this workout for so many years now, I use it to train for hiking long distance and I love the cardio benefits. I highly recommend trying it.

I do it all the time! Love it. Better than running even tho I'll incorporate 1 min run intervals, and I'll start at 15 incline with 1.5 min walking and down the incline to 4 and run for 1 min. I'll keep doing that restarting at 1 incline less where I started until my 25 mins of cardio are up. 😅🎉

I have tried this today, at the end of my hiit workout and run and it didn't feel challenging to me at all, but I enjoyed it a lot. I think it was a great idea to end with it :)

I worker up to 15% 7km/h for 45 mins every single day. As I am not allowed to run because of scoliosis. Went from 103 kgs to 75 kgs in like half a year.
